Ich bin seit 1994 als Multiplikator für Offene Unterrichtsformen tätig. Inzwischen sind weitere Bereiche hinzugekommen: Methodentraining, Präsentationstraining, Neue Formen der Leistungsmessung (z.B. Projekt statt Schulaufgabe), Kooperatives Lernen.
Im Laufe der Jahre bin ich bei über 200 Lehrerfortbildungen als Referent bzw. Lehrgangsleiter aufgetreten.
